At La Ribera, each piece is handcrafted and may show slight variations that are part of its handmade nature.

Handcrafted products are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges for shipping damage

Exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to shipping.
In that case, please file your claim within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item, through any of our contact channels.

La Ribera will evaluate the situation and reserves the right to decide between exchanging or repairing the product.
In these cases, shipping costs are covered by La Ribera.

Beads and supplies

Beads and other supplies sold on the website can be exchanged, as long as the package has not been opened.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and send photos of the unopened package.

The exchange can be made for items of equal value or credited toward a future purchase.
In these cases, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
